PLP COATINGS specialize in the development, production and sale of industrial paints and coatings, for the metal industry.
The production facilities are located in Belgium (Tessenderlo) and Poland (Rzeplin).
More than 60% of all production is exported throughout Europe.

Administration Assistant / Pracownik biurowy

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Work days: Monday to Friday (business days)
Salary payment: Monthly

Your Responsibilities:

Contact with prospective and existing customers in Poland and abroad
Creating and sending offers, mailings, and other commercial information
Working with the CRM system

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
Good teamwork skills and collaborative mindset
Very good spoken and written English
Fluent spoken and written Polish
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Nice to Have:

University degree
Knowledge of another European language
