About the role

Are you looking for your first professional experience in an international environment? Do you want to use English every day and develop practical business and analytical skills?

We are looking for Operations Support to support global operations and user services. This is a great opportunity for students or early-career candidates who want to start their corporate journey.

Your responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for users via email, phone, and MS Teams.
  • Handle service requests and tickets in internal systems.
  • Support coordination of operational tasks and incident handling.
  • Monitor requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare basic reports (Excel, Power BI).
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation.
  • Cooperate with international teams.
Our requirements:
  • Very good English skills (min. B2) – used daily at work.
  • Student status or first professional experience.
  • Availability to work in a 24/7 (8h) shift-based schedule.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Interest in data analysis or business operations. (nice to have)
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, or Microsoft tools.​ (nice to have)
