We are looking for a responsible and proactive Administrative Director / CEO Assistant to manage office operations and support the CEO in various administrative and organizational tasks in the office Warsaw. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office functioning, handling employee matters, and resolving challenges efficiently.

Location: Warszawa
- Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Manage employee hiring processes and handle HR-related matters.
- Act as a liaison with the tax office and other regulatory bodies.
- Handle emergency situations and find quick, effective solutions.
- Support employees with relocation, including housing assistance.
- Maintain an inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Execute personal assignments from the CEO with discretion and efficiency.
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving mindset.
- Mature and proactive approach to work.
- Conversational Polish, RU and at least A2+ level of English.
- Ability to be available 24/7 for urgent matters.
