Job description

LOCATION: entire Poland as the role is fully remote (not only Warsaw)


We are currently looking to hire a HR Administrative Associate (remote) to join our growing Global Delivery Centre team. This team strives to help business operations to scale by providing essential support on admin tasks, and improving turnaround times on repeatable and high volume tasks.

This permanent, full-time remote position is to be based in Poland, Czech Republic or Romania . A successful candidate will be responsible for executing projects for the Global Delivery Centre and providing service support to different departments and functions of the organization. This is a global service support and delivery role that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. This role calls for someone who is truly “high velocity,” where resourcefulness is key to success. This individual will report to the Senior Manager – HR Shared Services based in Europe.

  • Perform administrative tasks on the Velocity Global Client Experience Platform including creation of payroll requests, contract drafting, maintenance and audit of employee profiles, upload of monthly timesheets etc.
  • Creation and modification of expense policies in our expense management platform
  • Provide high quality service support to our global offices in collaboration with the Client Services Team, Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations, International Velocity Global teams and local service providers across the globe
  • Work on adhoc [20%] and ongoing projects [80%] and collaborate together with the Global Delivery team completing our projects in timely manner
  • Ensure service delivery according to our scope of work and maintain high quality of service
  • Work closely with stakeholders and develop good relationships across different functional teams
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and data integrity throughout systems



  • Business proficiency in the English language required
  • Fresh graduates, experienced workers, career changers with experience in administrative tasks are more than welcome to apply

  • Experience in administrative support and data entry
  • Preferedbut not mandatory experience in working with different ticket management systems
  • Advanced Excel skills would be an added advantage

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Strong consultative customer service and project management style
  • Technology-literate, including Microsoft Office and Google suite
